Business Coaching – produces outstanding results. This profession is rapidly growing and gaining recognition. Coaching is NOT the same as consulting. Consultants are frequently brought into a business to look for places to cut personnel, expenses or processes. Instead, coaching helps enhance what is already there – bringing out the best in both you and your staff. Coaching for your business will:
- Help to focus on maximizing potential
- Promote better teamwork, enhance productivity and improve quality
Personal Coaching – focuses on helping you stay positive, not only for a day but week after week. A coach is a mentor in some cases, a guide in others. When you have a coach, you learn how to:
- Take action to make things happen
- Have an accountability partner who shares your best interest
Individual sessions, group seminars, and webinars are all available. Individual sessions are usually done by telephone. This provides you with your own comfortable environment, no driving needed and both coach and client are relaxed and able to focus. Times are agreed upon by both coach and client. Coaching is a process…
Coaching can help you achieve remarkable results, but it is not an overnight fix. It is a process whose benefits accrue over time. It is recommended you make a 3 month commitment to get started. Many clients, however, continue coaching beyond that point because they find that the positive effects of coaching are well worth the investment of both finances and time.
Fees:
Our services are designed to be affordable and accessible especially given today’s economic climate. Checks are accepted but payment through PayPal is preferred. Fees are paid up front at the first of the month. An agreement will be e-mailed to you once you decide to have Managers In Motion as your coach.
